On August 1st I started *juicing* veggies and fruits only...not having a single bite of any food...just drinking my juice. My goal is 31 days, and today I reached the halfway point, so this was perfect timing! I am down 17 lbs and feel great! I can't say I will go vegan, but I will say that I have certainly changed my outlook on consuming meat and dairy products and plan on making some big changes in my eating habits after this juice feast is complete. Enjoy reading your blog!
